WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?

 

As a lead agent at YourParkingSpace your primary responsibility will be to identify and cultivate leads and opportunities for the sales function.  You will play a crucial role in ensuring our sales team have a constant flow of new business opportunities to call to achieve our growth targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research & Insight: Working alongside our data and sales teams to ascertain the best locations for us to win new business and the ideal size and shape of client for maximising revenue and profitability.
  • Prospecting: Identify ideal leads through various channels including online research, industry databases, sales tools, social platforms, industry literature, and networking events and through the use of technology and Google Maps.
  • Database management: Maintain and update the lead database, keeping accurate records of the pipeline of all qualified leads across a range of selected sectors.
  • Qualification: Qualify leads according to internal criteria and present leads in a prioritised way to members of the sales team in a prioritised order according to defined ranking metrics.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to date on industry trends, competitor activity (wins and losses), and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Reporting: Generate reports including conversion rates and other relevant metrics.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Preferably B2B sales experience (not essential).
  • Demonstrable background of exceeding targets and working in a fast paced and hungry environment.
  • Able to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Natural rapport builder, self-motivated, professional and driven.
