YourParkingSpace is seeking a dynamic and driven Client Account Manager to join our innovative and forward thinking team to manage and grow our client base.

Our on-demand marketplace connects drivers to thousands of spaces, while our comprehensive suite of B2B solutions transforms parking assets into connected mobility hubs. We have recently merged with Flowbird/EasyPark to become a global transport solutions provider to make our cities more livable.
Salary: Competitive market rate DOE, plus commission
Location: Hybrid, 3 days a week in our modern office space in Stratford, London.
You will be required to:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, cultivating strong and positive client relationships.
- Ensure client success, customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to develop accounts in line with our strategic roadmap.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align with client expectations and KPIs to ensure campaign success.
- Provide regular updates on account performance to the management team.
- Partner with Finance to track revenue and financial metrics.
- Deliver insights to enhance client relations and drive business growth.
- Act as the primary contact for customer issues, leading resolutions.
Ideally you will have:
- Experience: 2+ years in Account Management or Customer Success with a track record of client growth.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Sales Expertise: Ability to assess client needs, propose tailored solutions, and build value-driven relationships.
- Proactive & Independent: Problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments, managing multiple accounts.
- Sales & Performance: Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Data-Driven: Use CRM tools and metrics for account decisions and revenue strategies.
- Relationship Building: Build trust through clear communication and delivering on commitments.
- Multi-tasking: Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Innovation: Passion for growth and challenging the status quo.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in analytical tools, IT systems, and Microsoft Office.
