The Account Manager will be the go-to person for resolving issues on the ground, liaising with Account Managers, Regional Operations Managers, and external clients. By taking ownership of the day-to-day operational challenges, you will play a key role in maintaining the stability and efficiency of day-to-day operations, ensuring that the business has a solid foundation to unlock future growth and success.
Responsibilities
● Act as the first point of contact for operational issues, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
● Liaise daily with internal stakeholders such as YPS Account Managers and Regional Operations Managers to ensure seamless operational workflows.
● Serve as the main point of contact for external clients, resolving their queries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
● Troubleshoot operational problems and escalate critical issues when necessary.
● Support the Operations Manager by managing routine day-to-day tasks, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives.
● Maintain excellent communication with internal teams to ensure all issues are tracked, managed, and resolved.
● Document recurring issues to inform future process improvements and prevent repeat problems.
● Contribute to a collaborative team environment, supporting the overall success of ParkMaven’s enforcement arm.

The role will be based in our Stratford office in London and the salary is dependent on experience. Hybrid working can be offered.
