YourParkingSpace is an online marketplace and parking reservation service for drivers looking to find and pre-book parking in the UK. The platform features over 350,000 privately owned and commercially operated parking spaces which are available to book by the hour, day or month on a subscription basis. We recently secured a £5 million investment from Pelican Capital, which will kickstart our next phase of growth - It’s an exciting time to join the team! 

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? 

• Leading an exceptional car park customer journey at a UK region of YourParkingSpace managed car parks.
• To be the point of contact for local clients, ensuring that they are provided with a high-quality, level of support.
• Regular visits to car parks within your region for both proactive and reactive client needs.
• To monitor profitability at each car park with region, keeping track of costs, occupancy & income.
• Generate sales leads within region.
• Work closely with the account management team to implement changes & optimise car park performance.
• To ensure system compliance at each car park. This includes kiosk and tablet customer usage as well as keeping track of PCN cancellations to ensure they are kept at a minimal target level.
• To ensure any issues with car park technology are resolved quickly, in line with SLAs.
• To conduct initial survey of pipeline car parks in your region
• Attend car park system installations within your region, to ensure the client is onboarded and that the delivery of installation meets our high standards.
• Ability to flex around business needs, for example working occasional weekends as and when required.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR?  

• 1+ years experience in a multi-operational/area or regional role
• 2+ years experience in a client-facing role
• Demonstrates drive and ability to problem solve
• Experience in working with various stakeholders
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
