WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? 
⦁ Identify and outreach to prospective clients 
⦁ Arrange qualified new client appointments 
⦁ On-going pipeline growth and management via CRM 
⦁ Generate new business/revenue in line with company KPI’s & targets 
⦁ Compose professional proposals 
⦁ Presenting tailored technology solutions to match client requirements 
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
 
⦁ Previous experience in Field Based B2B Regional Sales
⦁ Ideally a background in making sales within a Marketplace environment
⦁ Demonstrable background of exceeding targets  
⦁ Comfortable working in a targeted highly sales-driven environment  
⦁ Able to identify revenue opportunities and propose solutions  
⦁ Natural rapport builder, self-motivated, professional, driven 
⦁ Dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager highly motivated and energetic, with a passion for driving sales and exceeding targets
⦁ Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
⦁ Is resilient and tenacious in their approach to winning new business
⦁ Strong understanding of the sales process required in a business-to-business environment
⦁ High professional and personal standards
⦁ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools
⦁ Proven experience of using a CRM system
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? 
⦁ OTE (commission) of an additional £15k to £20k per annum plus car allowance
⦁ 24 days annual leave + this increases after 3 years, with one extra day added each year (maximum 3 additional days)
