WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?
You will be working as part of a small team from our hardware control room in Billingham, to ensure the following duties are fulfilled:
- Assist in managing the estates hardware throughout the UK & Ireland. This includes identifying and reporting technical faults on all of our equipment including ANPR cameras, payment kiosks and barriers
- Organise signage packs, kiosks, cameras for deployment for our installation / maintenance teams
- Partner with internal teams to understand client expectations and key performance
- Understand requirements for installations, and keep all involved informed
- First point of contact for hardware issues and day to day problems throughout the estate
- React to hardware faults as they arise, or are logged by other departments
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience in computing is required for this role. Full training will be provided
- Able to work weekends on a pro rata basis (every 1 in 4)
- Confident communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal/external stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations
- Basic analytical skills, IT Skills, Microsoft Office, Excel etc.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and remain motivated.
- Own vehicle required
