Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Therapists to join our dynamic team in Sacramento, California. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing quality mental health services to diverse populations, including at-risk youth and families. The therapists will be responsible for conducting individual and group therapy sessions, facilitating family therapy, and implementing trauma-informed and evidence-based models tailored to children and adolescents.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using trauma-informed and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups for clients and their families.
• Advocate for clients' rights and access to necessary resources within the community.
• Stay abreast of current research, best practices, and trends in the field of mental health, particularly as they pertain to working with children and adolescents.
• Participate in regular supervision, team meetings, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality guidelines in all aspects of client care and interactions.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes healing and growth for clients and staff alike.
