Overview
This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office at Zilla State Property Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support the team's efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain and organise files, documents, and records in a systematic manner.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
- Support the finance team with invoicing and bookkeeping tasks.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and manage inventory levels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
