Job Title: Contact Centre Advisor (Full Time or Part time\Temporary)
Reporting to: Contact Centre Manager
Job Description: Our sale advisers are the soul of our contact center; the role requires an energized person who is passionate about customer service to take orders over the phone for our clients customers. The role will be working three to five days out of seven days in a week, with weekend working. You will be supported by a passionate team focused on coaching and support.
The majority of our calls are stress free from a friendly customer base, who love our clients brands we are looking for people who can help our clients customers place orders over the phone.
Job Role
- Answer calls politely, accurately and professionally.
- Ensure calls are completed to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Take orders by telephone ensuring that all details are captured accurately and verified with the customer
- Work as a team with colleagues to ensure that service levels and maximum. productivity are achieved.
- Be flexible to work additional hours during peak periods.
- The candidate must be IT literate, with experience of Windows 10 desirable.
- Customer service or call centre experience an advantage.
Working Hours
- We are open Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday-Sunday 9am-5pm
- Shifts are rotated in line with demand
- This role is a full time position which will be 22.5 to 37.5 hours per week, overtime will be available.
- Candidates must be available for all shifts and have sufficient transport to be available for work.
- Home working is available or office based, home workers will be required to attend training in the office. Homeworking is after a sufficient amount of time working the office usually 2 weeks.
- Homeworking requires a private room for PCI/GDPR compliance and a good internet connection.

- Although the roles are temporary contracts will be extended for the right candidates.
Service Levels
- KPI Targets are set inline with contact centre goals.
- To deal with orders within 3 minutes 45 seconds.
